This is the absolute BEST branch of Banner Bank in Spokane County. Both Ellie and Christine are rock starts. They always go above and beyond the call of duty and are extremely knowledgeable about their job and customers needs.

Love this branch..it has a very friendly vibe.. Tamara- Chris and Ellie are very professional, informative and helpful.. they always go above and beyond to help.. Amazing service every time I come into the branch. Their new employee Chase is rocking it and does an amazing job. All the lady's are always super friendly and nice to everyone I see walk in. Very helpful when I have questions or concerns.
Christine Allen is amazing. I was in a pickle and she did absolutely everything she could to help me. Went above and beyond her call of duty. Seriously the best bank and banker ever! Bar none the best customer service I’ve ever received.
