CB, the senior mortgage lender at the Liberty Lake location leaves much customer service to be needed. He did not return my call or leave a message on my voicemail concerning a loan I was seeking. I had to keep calling him to get a reply to my inquiry. As well, after allowing BOA to run my credit and look up the value of my home They denied my loan claiming that my credit score was good, my income was good, and the value of my home was good but that I did not have enough open credit lines. Hahaha claiming I need more open debt and more open credit lines. Looks as though Bank of America only deals with debt slaves! And I am proudly not one of those so I will be doing my business with banks that can appreciate a person with zero debt.ud83dude01

Well im making a suggestion of treys with free samples for when the line gets long. Some times my pockets just cant wait for that sweet pay check to get cashed. ;)

This is my favorite Bank of America location in Spokane. The staff are super friendly & are ready to answer any question you may have. Very nice & clean environment!!!
