They were very helpful and were able to come up with a quick solution for my situation. They both did everything they could to help, and they always greet whoever walks in so friendly even when they are helping someone else. You don't even mind if you have to wait a few minutes

Just fair warning, if you activate a cell phone service in-store they charge you a $25 activation fee on top of the phone plan and sim card per line that is activated in-store. If you activate online, you are not charged the activation fee.nnIf you are tech savvy and can activate online to save some money, I suggest you do it that way. It takes more time and is not immediate because you need to wait for a sim card in the mail, but it saves you money. Especially, if you do a family plan that $25 per activation of each line adds up...nnUpdate: I switched to at&t prepaid for $40 autopay a month (normally $50 plan) for the promo double data 16 gb plan, includes mobile hotspotting without paying extra and unlimited talk and text. No activation fee charged as I bought a kit online and ported over in-store.nnHelpful tips, if using at&t towers/service it's better to switch the network mode to WCDMA AKA HSPA+ (3G service) over LTE (4G service)nsince AT&T offers stronger signal strength in Deer Park area overall on 3G than using it on LTE. It's less taxing on the phone battery as well. It's signal strength on 3G is even stronger than Verizon's 4G LTE. I've tested it out traveling in eastern WA comparing signal strength using LTE discovery app on boyfriend's phone and mine. We both have different cell service. His Verizon vs. my AT&T. However, if the phone can still detect LTE it will reach for that over HSPA+, which is why if you direct the network mode to 3G service only it won't try to reach for 4G. AT&T knows their 4G is not as developed and as far reaching as their 3g service, which is why they won't shutdown 3g until early 2022. Verizon will shut down all 3G by late 2019, so only 4G and 5G will be used instead afterwards. Obviously, 4G offers faster speeds than 3G, but if signal strength matters more than internet speed than AT&T and their MVNOs may matter more than Verizon's high speed LTE. Ironically, near Yokes in DP, Verizon loses a lot of service signal strength on LTE where their GoWireless store (Verizon authorized retailer is housed in). I get pretty consistent service on AT&T's HSPA+ network mode throughout urban areas of Deer Park from Yokes to Bobmart and even up through Colville on I-395 whereas Verizon's LTE may not be as consistently strong but still far reaching for 4G service.

I recently switched back to Cricket after trying out MetroPCS. Bryan went above and beyond to help me switch back and to make sure I was getting the best deal. He is super friendly and knowledgeable and has that rare personality that is perfect for customer service. I can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommended!

Employees lost my photographs, nobody seemed to know anything. Had to figure it out myself.
