Convenient location just off of Interstate 5 and Florin Rd in Sacramento. The parking lot is usually a little crowded, so be careful.
Very helpful, they will do what they can to help you.
There is ALWAYS a line to see a teller, and there is always at least one employee just trolling around in the back. They have like 9 teller windows but never see more than 3 being used at any given time. Friendly, but time consuming. I'm actually writing this review AS I'm standing here in line, a teller just excused himself and left while there are still 4 people still waiting in line. There you go.
I just got off the phone with your rep. The most unhelpful and rude person in the service industry! Her voice at hello was unwelcoming. I had a simple question on a deposit made.
I just needed a ATM card replacement because I I got my wallet stolen and I wanted a temporary ATM card. I didn't have any type of id except for my work badge. An employee told me it was okay i could use it. waited for an hr to speak to banker to come to find out I couldn't use my badge also I'm pregnant and even if I were pregnant or not the service was unorganized and they did not help at all!!!
