WOW! Best service of any shoe store PERIOD!nI ordered from their 800 number and spoke to Natalie, asking her if the color I wanted was in stock, as everywhere else I had tried had no stock. Within minutes she confirmed stock was available, took my order on Thursday Sept 3rd 2020 - they arrived Friday September 4th 2020. Shoes were perfect, size was perfect, FREE DELIVERY. BEST SERVICE ON THE WEB IN MY BOOK.
Most informative shoe trip I have been on. I learned so much about my feet and the the types of shoes out there. Ed, lead me to a pair of entry level shoes that would fit my everyday lifestyle. I walked out with the new shoes and felt the comfort instantly. Thanks guys.

Friendly responsive staff, decent prices and selection
Staff was was nice but very bad experience.. I was on a time crunch and went to exchange shoe size for my niece's first Disneyland trip. Looking for a specific color for her outfit. They did not have her size and the only box, one of the shoes was completely yellowed. Then the other back up color which is the most common color : black... Has one of the shoes displayed in the window which was completely faded. It was the only box in her size . I just ended returning the shoes and going with another store. Needles to say I will not be shopping here again.
