I've been with. US Bank for 15 years, I have had the best service , they are professional and curtious, and very helpful.nThe ATMZ at times are an issue, but those are outside contracted services, not something the employees can fix, you can take money out of any ATM and if your charged a fee they will reimburse you your fee. That simple to resolve, if you need to make a deposit there are US Banks all over the place to go to.nI am thankful to know I'm in good hands.nI had some money taken out of my account last year a week before Christmas, they jumped into action and put all the money which was 7000 dollars so my holiday wouldn't be ruined, how cool was that.nBank of. America or Chase no matter what would have helped like that, you'd be on your knees and they'd still be telling you 7 days to investigate and then who knows what next , a hundred at a time, no thanks I'm with the best, and I'm staying

ATM is always broken and they don’t have hours that work for people that actually have jobs during the day.nUpdate. ATM is still broken after multiple days and the tellers just sit inside and can’t help.

I loved US Bank! The people were always happy to help and the adjacent ATM worked 99.999% of the time. I only left because I moved to TX and they don't have US Banks in that state... Miss you, guys!

This is an excellent US Bank branch. I have had numerous dealings with this branch and each time I find that everyone who works there, especially the Branch Manager Jose Zendejas, is especially tuned to provide excellent customer service.

not a good bank at all, i want to cash a check, i was asked if i have a checking account with them, i said no but i have credit card account with your bank, then asked if i have my card with me and said no but you can pull my info with my SS# once that was check and confirmed still didn't matter and was charge for cashing a check that was there own.nNot A Good Service!
