The service is AWFUL. The staff doesn’t know what they are talking about and the manager is rude. I just left after picking out almost $1,000 in boots and asking to have one pair stretched. I was greeted with blank a blank gaze and when the manager came over to try and explain it to the staff her, she just was rude and arrogant. So I left the boots there at the checkout counter and walked out. I’m taking my business to the Simi Valley store… Where they seem to know what the heck they’re talking about.
Over good experience people always want to help good deals for all items
Well... They sell boots. Lots of boots. They do it really well too. They have boots for basically any reasonable application a boot would be necessary. Prices seemed very fair and competitive to other boot stores. I have hopelessly impractical feet. Just the thought of buying shoes demoralizes me greatly. I can't even begin to describe how low my morale is when I need to find a new pair of shoes. I don't have such sadness when I need to get boots though. Visiting Oxnard on a very consistent basis, If I have boots on my list of things to find, I'll go here because they'll have my size/width in something that I'll actually like the look of and enjoy wearing. They have great Western Wear too. Check them out.
