This door is peace of mind. When I am at work I know my dogs are out of the cold, rain or heat. They can come in to water, food and bedding. No more running home to let the dogs out or worried sick if called to a late meeting. Because the door closes behind them, I am not concerned that other pets, raccoons, rats or pests are in my house or garage.nThe company is one of the best I have ever worked with. High Tech Pet have gone above and beyond expected in customer service. This product is worth every penny.
Purchased an Armor Flex door. We love it! It has several magnets in each side of the walk through flap. The flap is made up of little sections that freely move on their own, each section capped off with a magnet on each side. When your dog walks through, it is totally flexible and once the dog is through, each little magnet tightly attaches on each side as the flap swings back in place. Very cool! Totally weatherproof!
Nice company! I’m a new customer to their products and had an issue with not receiving the extra collar I ordered due to USPS delays. The company shipped me a new collar at no charge and said to keep the other one whenever USPS finally got it to me. I highly recommend them!
Great company and wonderful products. We have purchased a power pet door from them and it has changed our lives! No more constant trips to the back door to let our Brucey out. Now he lets himself in and out and he really loves it! You can tell he knows that door belongs to him, sometimes he stands in front just to watch it go up, then takes a sideways step to let it down again. The collar failed after several months and they replaced it with no questions asked, along with an offer of a 25% coupon for an extra product of our choice.
Love the Power Pet Door! Collar is pretty good. One of mine failed and the company sent another one out right away - no hassle!
