I have the worse experience every time I call the office. Dr. Barrell has been the only doctor on my insurance card, ever since I started with them. I have never been able to see her and have been scheduled with the GP's. Which are not the issue. The issue is now, the people at the front desk are now treating me like a new patient even though I've been with them over 54 years. I saw Dr. Barrell when I had shingles and Rita, the girl at the front desk kept arguing that I had not seen Dr. Barrell. My blood pressure went up battling to get in for my yearly physical. I have never had this kind of treatment from any doctors office. They have terrible customer service. I think I am officially done. I'm moving on. I pay too much for my insurance to battle with anybody to get in for an appointment. RITA is the girl who mistreated me. One being the worst.....

I'm not happy with the care my 84 year old sister is getting from Dr. Jennings and the staff at the Johnson Dr. location. They all blame each other. My sister was having horrible pain in her arm while she was out of town and tried to get an appointment when she returned home and they told her, you have a appointment scheduled, which was two weeks away. The staff was also supposed to get an approval for her to go to her orthopedic doctor, which they didn't do. They also told her her ortho doctor was not taking patients anymore, which was false. They kept telling my sister that they faxed the approval to her ortho doctor, which they didn't do and instead of them coordinating with the ortho doctors office, they kept telling my sister to call. They couldn't even make sure the fax went through. That office needs some serious training started at the top.

I’m currently not happy with the service my mother is receiving from Dr. Jennings and her staff. My mom was sent for an echocardiogram in April, when mom went in to see Dr. Jennings her results were not in. Dr. Told her she would get the results and call my mom that day. That never happened. My mom has called the office 6 times now and every time it’s a different story. My mom even called the cardiologist to ask him to fax the report again which they did. We confirmed with Dr. Jennings staff that it was received but Dr. needed to review it first before results could be given. I understand that. We were told this yesterday. This morning we call again and were told the same thing. When asked if we could expect results today we were told she couldn’t guarantee because Dr. was with patients. Excuse me, but my mom is a patient too and she’s been waiting Two weeks for results! How is this acceptable to the Dr. , staff , or management??!!

Dr Chase is one of the most thorough and dedicated doctors I've ever known. I so appreciate her. She thinks of everything to ensure your health and takes time with her patients.

Dr Maria Barrell, MD, is an excellent physician. She listens, understands and is astute in diagnosis. She is following in her father's footsteps (Dr Edw Banman) who is one of the best MDs in Ventura, CA (I should know as I've been his patient since the late '80s.
