I guess they service the ATMs around 5pm cause they don’t work and tell you to go inside which is at the most inconvenient time of the day and they close at 4pm anyways. Clearly the business management at citi banks isn’t very good I guess. I guess just go to another bank.
Very bad costumer service. It took them 30 minutes from transfering my call person to person. None wanted to help me. Even i ask to speak to a supervisor. They did not let me. All i wanted was to set up my pin. Apparently it is a very hard feat.
They close before 5:00 PM I got there from work at 4:56 and the doors were closed already I was standing by the door and they were ignoring me
Very bad experience I just wasted time. I felt discriminated against. Trying to change the Bank of America for Citibank would definitely have been a mistake. Now I know that I prefer Bank of America 19 years behind me with Bank of America
