This branch, and US Bank in general, have fallen a long way from what they were several years ago. Can't handle the simple stuff, weird attitude from the staff, and with the lockdown they completely fell apart. Finally got fed up, closed all my personal and business accounts, and they couldn't have cared less.nnThere's so many better options these days.

Was able to get my cash out threw my us money card. Great service.kudos will be back again. Love the security at this place. Metal detector upon entering none person at a time. Easy location to find next to bed bath and beyond.micah was excellent service

Whatever you do don't get your car loan from here. I made that mistake March of 2018 and they still have not yet completed the DMV paperwork (It is now May 2019). I have had to take multiple days off of work to try to correct this error with both them and the DMV to no avail and no end in sight. They have proved time and again that they are unwilling to correct their own error. If I could give 0 stars I would.
