The account manager has absolutely zero marketing skills & zero problem solving skills whatsoever. I could not be added to my son’s account because his license had expired & although he had the email renewal confirmation it did not have an expiration date. Not once was I offered my own account or any assistance beyond her inability to help. Very disappointed. I won’t be going back ever. You lose, Chase.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I would give it no starts if I could. I was talking to a RUDE woman on the phone. I’m trying to fix an issue and she was so rude, told me to hurry up and talk because she was busy. She could’ve at least said I’m going to transfer you to someone else or may I please put you on hold.
Bad service.
The ATMs are good and the actual bank is okay. When I have gone I have had to wait forever for an appointment and even then they tried to suggest I go to another Chase after waiting over an hour. It was a very frustrating experience.
It's a very good bank, because the chase bank It's in everywhere you need... And very good hours are open..
