Manager very rude and not helpful at all he was just in a rush to get me out. Considering closing my account after years of being with Wells Fargo. They want to charge you fees for everything! So disappointed!
Told me to wait half an hour while bankers came back from their lunch break. I showed up when they told me to and then they asked me to wait another hour I decided to go to a different bank instead
Long lines go quickly in here. Once they see more than 5 or 6 people waiting they open a new window. You wont be here longer than 10 minutes; 15 minutes max on a day when the line is to the door. If thats a reason to complain about that then mobile/online banking exists for a reason. Use it.
Very HORRIBLE SERVICE CARLOS AND JOSE ARE VERY RUDE NON ATTENTIVE TO THE PEOPLE BOTH OF THEM JUST JOKING AROUND LAUGING I GUESS WELLS FARGO JUST HIRES ANYONE QUALIFIED OR NOT
My wife and I were assisted with great and well explained service. Account Manager Mr. Vargas & Branch Manager Mr. Rojo were very welcoming, we enjoyed our visit and will be looking forward to using our account and services with Wells Fargo.
