Terrible in this location they choose to do what they like. Change hrs with out notice. If your hours dictate you open at 9 am you need to adhere to the schedule. We the customers have schedule to adhere to as well and we cannot wait outside with out notice. It is Terrible regardless of COVID. All other business have open and we depend on you. I have waited for 35 minutes past 900 am employee are present. And no one has come out to address the customers. Time to change banks

I had the good fortune to have Mona help me at your branch on Channel Islands! I understand how difficult it is to be at work during this timing with the Covid. Mona was so gracious, welcoming, knowledgeable, and very professional!nShe went over and above what I needed her to do!!! She not only resolved the issue I came in for, but helped me with a few other issues in my online banking.nShe is wonderful, and patient and spent a lot of time explaining things to me when clearly, she was very busy!!!nI can’t say enough about her!nShe always saves the day every time I’ve needed assistance!

Terrible service! I definitely showed up well before closing I sat outside in a line for a half an hour just so the security guard could tell us at 1 o’clock that we weren’t going to be seen. No common sense away from the branch manager to the security guard who didn’t inform us there was no point to wait in line. I have plenty other places to take my money. Don’t waste your time hereOr just be aware that you probably will getThe 2.2 service that the reviews are showing

Place is always slow getting people the service they need. Wait times are just unbearable with this place, spent an hour in line one time to cash a check since there check deposit on the app makes you wait a full day to get your money. The banking app is horrible and never gives me the notifications I set up for my account. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Thinking of going to a Wells Fargo or Chase.

Long lines, two tellers, very slow ! When someone comes in with business checks to deposit,or cash, it then drops to a one teller operation! Not acceptable! Not happy ..
