Really shocked and disappointed to have to be writing this mention. I’ve helped a friend come here off and on, but not since COVID-19, well today a lady casually walks in with NO MASK and an abrupt attitude as she passed me, my friend and another patient and their caretaker!!! Who were also alarmed by this woman (Yet she had the nerve to complain about a service animal In the waiting room) WOW. I thought extra safe measures were supposed to be taken??? Specially because there are immunocompromised patients here!!! And during this time!!?? Are you kidding me. I wouldn’t consider this safe at all. I hope Davita sees this review and takes this very seriously. If not I hope anyone reading this will be aware and it will help them decide if it’s safe to come here. Simply not acceptable.
Rude on customer service line and rude when I called to ask question at the actual dialysis Center. I just don’t get why people get jobs they can’t handle.
