Kaiser Permanente Simi Valley Medical Offices

What a disorganized mess. Worker chastising other worker in front of guests. I asked the gal at check in how long the wait may be and she snapped at me.said there are people ahead of me. Yeah no kidding I can see that, that is why I asked . I will never come back to this location. Been here 30 mins and have accomplished nothing. So worried about Covid but no one is sanitizing anything after people touch it. Like the chairs the counter or debit card machine or even the express check in machines. What a joke.

Simi Kaiser is great! Excellent care and service. The staff are always very helpful and caring.

I have found Kaiser Pharmacy to provide excellent care & service. Personnel is very respectable to everyone. I find them to be very efficient and friendly and very qualified to handle all pharmacy needs. I should know, since I have been a member for 39 years. staff

So they have a new behavioral health building across the street, I was there today to talk to a therapist about an accidental dependency on Xanax ( AKA Alprozolam) and I show up on time the “professional therapist” comes out 15 min later then tells me I’m late? Like what ? Then we get to talking and I told her how severe the issue is I’m not a drug abuser i just was under informerd about how dangerous and addictive the drug is. So we’re talking and this lady tells me that when I get off Xanax I’m going to find a substitute. I don’t drink, I rarely smoke weed, and am sick of being dependent on Xanax just so I don’t seizure or have a fatal accident. So she goes on telling me that mostly all the time people do that and that I will do it and I told her that’s not true at all I don’t have an addictive personality I’m just trying to get my life back and she goes “your talking to a therapist here, yes you will.. your an addict.” I cannot believe that she had the nerve to sit there and tell me what’s gonna happen to me like she knows who I am. Sounded more like she just wanted to be right. We argued back and forth and she basically went on and on talking to me like she knows everything and who I am. HOW DARE HER!!!! That is not professional and rather very much so idiotic! Then I felt as if I was rushed out because she said we didint have much time. BS. That office was a ghost town. So basically they took info on me and did nothing to help me and I guess I’m seeing a doctor same place on Monday. I need help now I could have a seizure at any moment! These people are ridiculous ! If on Monday things are different I’ll take this down but as if right now I feel hopeless and don’t think these money hungry idiotic people will help me. I thought kaiser was great up until now. No doctor has ever upset me so bad. Maybe this isint the place to get help even though they claim they are specialists. And apparently she knows me more than I know myself hah what a joke . This might not be a good place for people who actually need help.

The Kaiser office is good. I just wish there was after hours and Saturday mornings open for lab work.
