Just recently decided to give this place a try. CBD store... perfect! It's right here in Cheney!!! Drove on down....doors locked. Lights off. Tried calling...maybe some steps were forgotten. Automatic busy signal. Even the sign didn't say holiday hours affected...not to good for a store that just opened. Most don't survive here....
My mother went in to get a product to help with pain from a recent back injury. She was not impressed. The shop was dirty, smelled like cat, and the floor clearly had not been cleaned/vacuumed lately. She asked for a recommendation for a cream or lotion to help with inflammation and neither of the young employees could answer her question. They had to call someone else and put them on speakerphone in order to help find a product. Employees should be able to know the basics about the products they are selling and be able to keep a shop clean and inviting.
The last two times I have been in this place of people working did not know anything about the products what the prices were or even how to use the cash register. The location up north is run much more professionally I’m not sure what’s happening here. I don’t think I will go back.
Every time I’m in the store the people are so friendly. They always help me with what I need and are always excited about their own products. They make it personal they actually wanna help by far better than any other place I’ve ever got CBD. Quality product.Quality price. Quality people.
Trying a sample of ointment on my arthritis and pain is 90% gone after only 10 minutes, I will definitely be back to get some!
