ATM constantly broken and not able to dispense money. Would not have any bills available on multiple occasions. Had it give me an error after attempting to take $900 only that it didn't give me my money yet took it out of my account and had to call and wait several days for it to be made available to me.
There’s a teller (older women ) she’s so rude. I was so annoyed by her arrogance. Told me that I should make deposits outside. Not once but went on and on about it. I have a lot of reasons for not making them outside, hence why I went in. The account has been opened since 1986 and you think I don’t know I can make deposits outside. Duh, I know! Just help me and shut the front door lady. You have a job because I came in!
Saturday afternoon. Nearly noon .n15 ppl in line and only 2 tellers.nOnly one of them is nice.the other lady is an A hole.nThis happens almost every time I am here!
Super slow .... Don't go to this one use the other boa branches
Great customer service from vicki and saolai but they need more people to help their customers. I come here everyday and always waiting cause there is only 1 or 2 tellers. Pay more people. The wait is awful.
