Okay company, terrible employees. Only an okay store if you know exactly what you need, do not ask for help, like talking to a brick wall. They are not inclined to help you but seemed annoyed with any questions and knows little to none about there own store policies. Stick to central. Prices better and the people are what make the difference. Everyone at praxair will do nothing but slow you down. I’ve spent 4000$+ with them too
Try to avoid this place at all expense! Tony Lasen should not be in any kind of customer service. He wasn't any help at all and only got worse the longer I spoke with him.
Praxaiir is a decent store. They have similar items to Central Welding, but also different items not found at Central. The prices are similar, sometimes less, and sometimes more depending on what you are purchasing. The customer service is always good, and very helpful. I use both Praxair, and Central because there are specific items that I can only find at one store, or the other.
Only negative thing I can say is I wish they were open on the weekends. Other than that I have had good experiences each time coming into the store.
None of the cylinder exchange prices are competitive with Central Welding. LN2 is also more expensive.
