The atmosphere is pretty unfriendly. The guys are super grumpy, and act like they are doing you a huge favor just for being there. The prices are high, and parts take forever to get if they don't stock them. John is the only guy that I care to deal with, and if he wasn't there, I'd get everything in this category from Brian @EverettBrake&Clutch
Good attention and prices normal
This is a fraud store. If you call them to ask information about any product and it’s return policy, they will give you all the wrong details. I had called twice regarding auto socks to know about it’s return policy and price.They assured and confirmed me that if not used it will be refunded if returned in 30 days. I had to drive 45 minutes one way to get to this store and after reaching there they said there is no refund on that product. I told them that I had confirmed on call before coming to the store, they just said, “oh but there is no refund on this”. I would have purchased the auto socks from any other store !!! This store will give you all wrong information, assure and confirm things on phone and then trap you into buying things and change all its policies when you arrive at the store.nnCustomers beware, save your money and time and avoid this place. !!!!!nTotally rude and unprofessional service. !!nnAlso the auto socks they provided was in a very old and dirty packaging.
I happen to be in a company truck picking up a part for the company I work with. The location was easy to find. Plenty of parking. Atmosphere was very spacious. The people were wonderful. They greeted me well. We joked around. It was a GREAT experience!
