I do not recommend buying here. I came in explaining I saw some boots on the redwing site and understood the redwing sizing can be a bit different than regular shoes, so I wanted to get fitted. I didn’t know we had a redwing store and if I can support a local brick and mortar- great. A woman, who was not even helping me, started saying (arguing) that you can’t buy redwing boots online. Not even from redwing. I’m not really sure why that even mattered since I made it clear I was there to buy from them if they had what I wanted. She did not get up from her desk to come talk to me like a person or help me and she was over-stepping the guy who was actually being nice and trying to help me. I said I didn’t see the boots I was interested in, she wouldn’t even let me look around.nnI left super disappointed and I’ll be ordering directly from redwing.
Great she's a hoot n makes it a very comfortable atmosphere and purchase always get my spouse boots there good quality.
