Definitely bad customer service. Only one employee out of all was kind enough to act in good manner.nPlease hire better employees.

I like this place, because always find there cool shoes
The worst customer service ever, I went in to exchange a pair of shoes for store credit, I did not wear these shoes at all only tried them on. The ladies that were working there did not allow me to make an exchange/ refund because they claimed the shoes have been worn and even accused me of cleaning them. A week later I took the shoes to a different Shoe Palace and they refunded me back my money for the shoes with no problem. Visalia Shoe Palace not only accused me of cleaning the shoes, but also accused me of wearing them outside which I didn’t. So if you want rude service and if you want to be accused of something you didn’t do come to this Shoe Palace.
Worst staff don’t come to this place, how are they even in business?
