Took my 2 shih tzus here and I’m very impressed by how clean and professional the facility is. I live in Hanford and Lacie has always been our dog’s groomer so I definitely don’t mind the drive to Visalia. She’s very gentle to my girls especially when one of them absolutely hates getting groom, so I appreciate her patience with them. My girls always come out clean and nicely groomed, definitely recommend for all pets!
Great service and very nice people, place was clean and my moms dog loved it, she came back happy and looked amazing.. In crazy times like we are having in 2020 with Covid I believe it’s important to support small businesses and appreciate the risks these people take everyday to make sure our fur babies are taken care of. I have been taking my 4 fur babies to pet envy for quite some time now and this place is the best around! This isn't just a.job for them they really do love taking care of the animals ! They treat them like their own . I drive to visalia from hanford and id never take my babies anywhere else ! Thank you pet envy for taking such good care of my babies !!

The customer service here is excellent. But I was disappointed with the grooming once I got my dog home and looked her over. There was several areas on her coat that had not been groomed, one ear was done, the other wasn't and her legs were not groomed as well. When I spoke to staff they immediately apologized and offered a redo. They were so nice, so appreciative to keep me as a valued customer, I will be going back again.
