Wells Fargo Bank

I am a customer and made an appointment last month with Tony one of the notary reps to have documents notarized. Tony did not ask for my ID, looked at my documents, questioned the documents which I answered and refused to sign them stating he didn't feel comfortable because all of the pages weren't available. He then told me I can go pay to have them notarized at UPS, etc. I understood why one document could not be notarized and was fine with that but the other ones I had could have been. After questioning the organization this is for I was advised the notary only needed to confirm my identity, confirm my signature and then notarize the document. She informed me that the page that was not present is a signature page for them stating the info is true and that's online and can't be printed and is not for the notary. Tony did not even need to know what these documents were about but I obliged. I honestly feel as if my husband and I were racially discriminated by Tony. My time was totally wasted and I was turned down for a service that is a part of my banking options. I have banked with you all for 5 years only bc after relocating here my bank was not an option. I will be considering other options as this has not set well with me. Very disappointing and if there's further action I can take against Tony's notary certification/Wells Fargo that will be taking place as well

Where can you deposit moneygrams and money orders? Not at any ATM or at the Wells Fargo Bank on Monney Blvd. Not even by phone deposit. I want to close my account at Wells Fargo. Can't do that unless I drive across town to the Main Street Bank, but who wants to go there, it's anzoo. I chose Wells Fargo because it was on the Southwest side of town. Give me some relief. When will it reopen? if never, let us know.

This bank has been closed for to long with no answers. I have called the Main street branch and they state they don't know the reason for closure nor when it will be reopened. I have read a response on here that states it's due to COVID. That's a smokescreen. They were handing it well, had people stand outside in spaced lines, with a monitor that allowed only a specific number at a time, so no, there is some other reason. Is this due to all of the other issues WF is having? This inconvenience and lack of answers is just going to make me find another bank.

I have been to this bank at least 2 times and the atm is always out of order. Went today and out of 3 atms none were available to withdraw only to deposit. What is going on ?

Jorge with J looked sharp in his pink shirt was super friendly and we had a great conversation. I will definitely be coming back to do business with them . Highly recommend!
