Our family Bank of America for many years before we became more educated and financially savvy. We had a number of personal and business accounts with this Visalia bank and were very careful to avoid overdrafting or other actions that would incur penalties. However, the bank, like so many others, started nickle and diming us for even the smallest service. Additionally, when I needed to go into the branch the lines were long and the service poor. Consequently we shifted all of our accounts to credit unions and online banks. Even then, they made it difficult to close our accounts and we had to watch constantly to ensure they weren't re-opened as there was no way to completely terminate an account. There are better banks elsewhere. Do your homework and talk to people and you can find a better solution elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever on Main Street - the blond manager lady is terrible if you have any problems with your account. I had my business accounts here for several years but closed them recently because of her. Try the Mooney Blvd Branch if you have to but i would highly recommend taking your business to another bank (ANY OTHER BANK IS BETTER) I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BofA AGAIN....

First of all, I canna believe that anyone is allowed to walk into a bank wearing a mask. That being said, I used the walk up teller outside. There's a tent set up for some shade and a security guard present during normal business hours.

Bank of America is one of the largest and main banks in the United States! Great location in downtown Visalia! Very tidy, spacious, and organized! Nice, friendly, helpful, and courteous staffs Great and professional customer service!ud83dudc4d

hadn't even had my account for a month i ended up being negative one time for $6.42 i deposited $160 dollars and 2 hours after my acct was locked, went in the next day and they said they didn't want to do business with my and closed my account with no email text or call. i was locked out of my online banking and again they just CLOSED my account. DEFINITELY do not recommend my electric got turned off because i couldn't use my debt card Shittiest bank everud83dude02
