Using their rewards card I was able to get 6 pairs of Nike Cortez' shoes for $110!! These shoes cost $75-80 at Footlocker..happy I went to Famous Footwear instead!!
Went in the other day with my kids ,had a hard time choosing what shoes to get them ,but a lovely associate by the name Kimberly helped me choose a couple out and ended up leaving with 4 pairs of shoes . Definitely going back!
Terrible customer service. Super long line. No one would help customers and no one would help registers. No regard for customer service. Kimberly was the name of the most rude customer service rep. She seemed like she didnt care about anything. Sorry for bad review.
The shoes were the ones my sister picked out, but the shoe box had a cockroach in it !! It’s so gross and we had to get rid of the box. Be careful of shopping in store !!!
