Hewitt Reptile Emporium

I've drove past it a bunch of times and it always caught my eye.nRecently I have purchased a breaded dragon and I was curious to gather more things for his terrarium.nThis place was incredibly clean, the staff was very attentive and kind, they followed and kept social distance practices. They have a large variety of supplies from food to habitat. I've never seen such a vast supply in all honesty, I'll definitely be returning.nCrickets are 19 cents each!!

We went on vacation and Kayla housed our three crested geckos at the store. Always love each visit or interaction with this store! Knowledgeable and caring. Thank you for caring for our geckos!

Great customer service

this place is amazing! they have every reptile that you can think of. every worker is extremely helpful and knows everything you need to know about reptiles. they take such good care of every animal there. i had a great time there looking at all the reptiles and i will definitely get my next pet reptile there. all the animals look healthy and have great enclosures for their animals. i rate this place 5 stars!

Drove over an hour to come to this shop for the first time since on Facebook I saw there were new tarantulas in stock. Once I got to the store I admit I spent quite a while looking at the selection trying to decide which to buy. The staff kept condescendingly asking if I was buying anything or just looking. This happened more than 4 times to me and my fiance. In the end, I picked two tarantulas to purchase, even then the employees were quite rude. This shop had a lot of cool animals and enclosure decor, but I wish I was treated like a customer, let alone a human being. This experience left me feeling disappointed- definitely not worth my time.
