DaVita Yuba City Dialysis Center

If I could give a zero Star I would unfortunately I had to rate this establishment 1 star to give a review. Let me start by saying thank god I was able to get my mother into another Kidney Care Center before she died.. This place is so unprofessional and unfriendly you would think they would be more welcoming and treat their patients better...a-lot of these patients are on their last years of life and it should be about quality of life not about quantity of how many chairs they can fill. This place is clearly about the money.. They constantly would take too much off my mother and have to put back on her which is very hard on the heart. My mother has AFIB of the heart. We spent the last week at Davita in and out of the emergency room due to their negligence my mothers heart rate was 170 plus at resting... the last two months there my moms mind was going she was very out of it barley able to function and did not want to even live anymore she was constantly feeling terrible! ( which is typical to feel icky and tired after treatment to a certain point)nn(I know this because we were at a different care center before Davita)nnDavita even said her numbers and levels were looking great and dropped her to two days a week instead of the three days a week which is the typical for most dialysis patients.nI was told from the Doctors that the dialysis treatment was causing her to deteriorate quickly needless to say I got her the heck out of there!! The Kidney specialist Doctors that are the owners of this facility In Yuba City should definitely look into what nurses and technicians they have working there with their patients cause some serious changes need to be made ... I hope for the sake of the dialysis patients receiving treatment at the Davita in Yuba City they get shut down! Someone needs to look into their records and the care they provide. I can guarantee you they find negligence. Davita is reckless and people lives are at stake .nnNote: Since I have had my mother moved to another Kidney Center I am happy to report she is starting to feel a lot better and she is finally stable. She’s starting to have more energy and is moving around a lot better and her mind is coming back she’s no longer confused.. she so happy and wants to continue her treatment instead of giving up. Frensenius Kidney Care Center has such wonderful staff! They are so friendly and welcoming... they are great with their patients, they lift my mothers spirts every time we are there. It’s such a relief to know she’s cared for properly and not have to worry about her well-being!!!nI will never recommend Davita (especially Yuba City location) to another person ever! If you value your loved ones life and care about their safety and health DO NOT go to Davita in Yuba City!!!!!!!!!!!!!
