I was planning to open up an account here. I was told that they will hold my checks for 9 days. Yes, 9 days. Can you believe someone is working with your money for 9 days? Highway robbery? Well, guess what, they did not get my account. Keep this in mind when you plan to open an account.
This bank is very unprofessional. My nephew deposited a large sum of money from a trust. He waited the 10 days and was still unable to access his money. They cashed the check and withdrew it from the trust, but wouldn't release any money to him. I had to call the bank and send copies of my bank account. Couldn't they have just called my bank? Not a neighborhood friendly bank.
We have a trailer loan through Sierra Central and now do all our banking through them. Thank you Sara for helping my wife and I set up our account when the world was so wrapped up in the corona deal...lol
Small but easy to see off hwy, friendly and knowledgeable staff and parking around back.
Great customer service for our whole family.
