I went in to cash a Bof A check I received from a client I did work for. First I was told I would be charged $8 to cash thier own check because I only had an EDD account thru BofA so apparently I'm not considered an account holder. I agreed to pay the fee, the teller took my ID and the check to the bank to call and verrify it and after about 10 min she came out and returned the check and said she wasn't able to help me and I should call the written of the check and they could explain why. So I went to the parking lot and did so. While I was in the phone with the wife the husband (who wrote the check) got a call from the bank who proceeded to tell them I had just been there and they couldn't cash his check because I have a history of bouncing checks. This is the first Id heard of this. I've never bounced a check in my life and never had an issue cashing checks before. You can imagine how embarrassing that was for me and what an inconvenience it is now to get the $500 that's owed to me. If I was the reason the bank wouldn't cash the check why couldn't they tell me that at the bank? I guess it's the banks policy to spread lies about there potential new clients and be as unhelpful as possible.

Very disrespectful service. Cashed a check, and asked for 100’s. Well, the lady that cashed my check told me that they didn’t have 100’s, and that I “should go and ask another bank to order them.” If they want to act like this, fine, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I opened an account on line. Deposited my money and two days later my account was closed . And not by me. Called and sat on the phone over 5 hours total, got a rep who put me on hold. Then the snswering service came on and disconnected me. Won't let me access through my on line account. That isn't my idea of customer service. More like disservice.

I just went to this location and all the doors were closed. The lights were off but on there website, it says they close at 5 pm. I wonder why they closed the doors early. It’s not like there is one person and they have to go on lunch. Worst experience ever.
