Have prescription for anxiety two or more years now. Dr leaves clinic. My much needed prescription denied because I haven't seen someone else about the same thing? Time to find new clinic!

Their clinics and doctors misdiagnosed his cancer for over a year!! We finally went to the UW who had him diagnosed the same day, May 13, 16 BUT it was too late it had spread to his brain and other organs. It had started in his lung, by the time it was diagnosed it was the size of a softball and he had over 10 cancerous brain lesions. He died 3 months to the day August 13, 2016. If Providence had paid attention to his year long loss of voice and multiple other symptoms he would be alive°°!! It would have been small enough to operate and save him. BUT WE WERE TREATED AS PILL SEEKERS!!nHOWEVER, Their hospice & homecare was fantastic when he was dying.nBUT HE SHOULDN'T OF DIED AT 50 BECAUSE DOCTORS DIDN'T TAKE HIM SERIOUS!!nTHE University of Washington Medical center and their clinics is the ONLY place I'll go for care

Can't even get an appointment with these people. The office is unnecessarily rude, never answers the phone (40 minutes on hold just to get a very put upon person who asked far above what any office asks for before an appointment just to get in to get my kids immunized, when I couldn't provide a doctor from 10 years ago she wanted us to call back when we had it). We didn't bother calling again. Mill Creek treats people right and we will never go back to this clinic again even though it is far closer to us.

I had been fairly happy with my care at the Providence Clinic until recently when I tried to refill my prescriptions. I had been sort of assigned a primary provider, a nurse practioner, and she was the primary person I would treat with for several years. I had no major problems with appoinitments or refills or anything.nBut then suddenly everything changed. I recently was running low on my meds and so called the pharmacy for refills. Several days go by and no refills. The pharmacy says they twice sent requests to refill and got no response. I call Providence and leave a couple of polite voice mails stating that I am out of my high blood pressure meds and please refill. Finally I get a brief voice mail message that says they want to see me for a follow up. Sure. I call right away and am told that my healthcare provider has left their clinic and I have a choice of two or three different doctors who are still taking new patients. I made an appointment but then tell them again to please send back the forms to the pharmacy as I have been without my blood pressure meds now for a good two weeks. They say they will pass it on to my new doctor. Four more days then go by and I talk to the pharmacy, no word. I end up calling providence at least a couple more times and yet they won't commit to my refill request. Finally I get angry and tell them to get me my refills or I will get another health care provider. They finally sent the requests in the next day, but by this time I am fed up. I call up and tell them how unhappy I am with their service and cancel my new appointment. Went to the Everett Clinic a few days later and so far, I am very happy with the new provider. Very thorough and professional
