I'm grateful to the people who staff kaiser permanente for putting themselves on the front lines every time they go to work. They've limited access to the clinic to people who have made prior appointments, but other than that, they are providing the same quality care they always have.

This organization is the worst, they bungled my COVID diagnosis and sent me home with pneumonia. Luckily for me my family took me to the ER and caught it and I was able to get treatment from another organization that is willing to help prevent illness. Getting treatment from this organization is so difficult if your sick or ill at all you will have to jump through hoops just to get an appointment... not easy, not helpful, not convenient.

I would give zero stars if possible. I've called 30 times in the last two weeks, and have not gotten through. I'm actually sitting on hold while writing this. 49 minutes to be exact.

if i could give this place a -1000 star i would. this is the worst care i have ever gotten, i’ve been needing surgery for over a month now and they are not trying to help me. they do not care about their patients at all. All the doctors there only care about their money. I would never recommend anyone to get this insurance, the care i have gotten from this place is unbelievably bad. I can’t express my hate for this company, if you would like to have the worst care in the USA this insurance is right for you!

My daughter was released from the NICU and still need to go in for daily test until her numbers were safe. We went in and everything seem to go well. We got the results back in a decent amount of time. The numbers were high still, so we needed to return the next day and run the same test to ensure her numbers were going down. They drew her blood at 9 in the morning and we went home. Six hours went by and we still had not heard anything. We decided to call and getting a hold of anyone was a bit of a hassle. We then received a phone call from our pediatricians medical assistant to let us know that the results were still pending. We did receive a phone call from our pediatrician informing us that the labs equipment was not running appropriately and that we didn’t need to run to the emergency room to run a test stat. She also informed us that the results from the previous day may also not be accurate because of the malfunction of the Laboratories machines. No I don’t know about you but I would want a little bit more faith when it comes to the life of my children.
