Literally waited in line for approximately 45 minutes due to the 2 person max although I counted 2 parties of 4 people not including staff. Out of those two parties two people (Woman & Child) exited the building, sales rep locked the door behind them thus a longer wait. I am standing in line with 5 people behind me and it approximately 1 hour before closing.nRedwing may want to create and app for appointments. Towards the end sales rep was helpful

Clean store, friendly help. I had a pair of boots that needed new soles. They were honest and told me they were too far gone to repair and took the time to explain why.nThey require face masks and practice social distancing.
Great product and service here!! Check them out when you get a chance..Want to thank the employee Robert (think that was his name?) for getting my boot oil rang up fast so I wouldn't have to stand in line so long. Really appreciate it.
