Let me start by saying that my account was compromised, called the 800 number reported itnNow they ordered me a new debit card, they said I could walk in at any branch and get a temporary one until I get my new one I asked twice if it was ok they said yes no problem. I left work early to do this I get there and they tell me NO I need make an appointment they are busy and have no time so I got upset because that’s not what the guy on the phone said, they were willing to make an appointment for the next day so needless to say a gentleman by the name of Peter was already off but he came back to help me get my temporary card. Even after I was upset at him he went out of his way to help me. He even showed me how to add my info on wallet pay so I don’t need to be using my card. That is why Wells Fargo is the best bank.
