I’ve banked with Citibank for many years in Ceres until it closed and then Oakdale Rd location where one of my tellers from Ceres location transferred to. She has been promoted to a manager position and still the same helpful person as she always has been and so is rest of employees at this branch. Always a pleasant experience! Citibank has been helpful and supportive throughout the years and I wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else!

My family has been loyal Citibank members for 30+ years, after my experience today I do not believe I will be banking with them anymore due to this location specifically Cindy and Vanessa. I’m not even sure if that is their real names because neither was wearing a name badge. Both kept contraindicating each other and making our experience worse. At one point Cindy even asked Vanessa what was going on and Cindy made a face and started laughing. I was getting false information. Both kept speaking in Spanish and laughing. Completely unprofessional, we have multiple business accounts which we will now transfer over thanks to Cindy and Vanessa. Preet was amazing and had phenomenal customer service. She completely made me feel better by explaining everything rather than telling me she’s new like Vanessa and doesn’t know. Unfortunately after speaking with Preet I had to go back to Cindy and Vanessa and the unprofessionalism was to much to bare and I walked out. My father still trying to talk to Vanessa but she immediately called the next customer over as my father was talking to her. Initially we came in to pay our safety deposit balance now we’ll be going back to close out all accounts.
