Extra fees for stupid stuff. Can't even pay them with a credit card for statements from 5 years ago when you used to do business with them. Staff could be better. Closes early.
They wanted to charge me $7.50 to cash a check that one of their customers wrote me from their bank. $7.50 for a $50 check? That's 15%, they are out their minds. Never would I consider doing business with an institution like this. Thiefs.
I enjoy going to this Bank of The West, the tellers & other bank personnel are always pleasant & notice me when I go in.nThere are usually enough tellers on duty so the wait in line is short
