I have been a Bank of America customer for over 30 years. Joe at the Oakdale branch, which isn’t even my home branch, went above and beyond to assist with my customer service needs. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Always a line. Usually only one teller open, sometimes two. They are nice enough when you get up to their counter though. I waited in a line of 11 people with only 2 tellers........I am not kidding when I tell you 4 of us in line starting talking and we actually all frequented each others businesses. One of the ladies standing in line left after a 15 minute wait because her lunch was almost up. I had to change my entire sequence in errands after the long wait and just do them after work.

Stay clear of this branch! The employees that work there are incompetent buffoons! I went in today to make a deposit and was refused because I didn't know which state the account was linked too.nnHowever, 10 days prior I made a deposit into the same exact account with no issue whatsoever! I also did not know the sate then either. I even had a photocopy of the receipt. They flat out lied to my face and told me it was against the banks policy. Even though I had proof that I made a deposit into the same exact account, at the same branch, just 10 days ago.nnI then traveled to the branch in Modesto on Mchenry and they processed my deposit NO PROBLEM! I did not need to provide the State linked to the account! I told the teller what had happened and they told me that there is no such policy and that you do not need to provide the State when making a deposit.nnThat means they pretty much just lied to my face, for no reason at all! I was respectful and courteous the entire time. I was lied to by two individuals, both were males. One was completely bald and in his mid 40's, the other was in his early to mid 30's and had a peach fuzz mustache. To bad I didn't get their names.nnDo yourself a favor, either go to a different branch or change banks entirely.
