Great service with very knowledgeable experienced staff. Leather quality is outstanding. Bought 2 pairs of shoes, the representative found the correct size. I tried on at least 5 different pairs and chose the softest leather with the best support for my one time injured left foot. The shoes feel like a dream. Oh, and that's what they're called ud83dude0a
