The clothes here are really awesome and have great styles, and I love the shoe selection! The staff are always friendly and are ready to lend a hand if you ask for one. Perfectly organized racks and walls every time I go there! This store is mostly clothes for activities such as hiking, so they don’t carry things like high heels and clothing that is only “fashionable.” For example, they have awesome hiking vests that look good and are super practical, and in the summer, they have walls full of Keen sandals which are perfect for going for a hike or swim in the river. The prices here match the amazing quality of the top-brand clothing items, so know that this store may end up having a big bill at the end of your shopping spree—but it’s totally fine for such amazing quality merchandise!

I was gven Christmas gifts bought at Sonoma Outfitters that I couldn't use and wanted to return for credit to my credit card. I went in to the store 5 days after Christmas and was told that because the person who had given me the gift had purchased the items more than 10 days ago I could only get store credit. I tried to tell them that I I couldn't have returned the items less than 10 days before the date of purchase since I ony received the gift on Christmas but they would not budge. I was forced to spend $!00.00 in their store on items I didn't need or want. To add insult to injury, since I was in a hurry I didn't price check and found out that I bought an item that sells for $32.00 less in other stores. Bad business for a small store to practice and I will NEVER shop there again.

The store is a little smaller than it used to be. It could use more inventory. The staff is friendly and I will return when there is more items available in the store. They had a nice variety of water bottles however.

Drove 2 hours from laytonville just to go get new pair of work boots. Found a amazing pair. Went to check out . Young girl says $202.75. I pull out 2-100 dollar Bill's and a 10dollar bill and hand it to her. She says we dont accept 100 dollar Bill's without blue strip on them. So I'm like where is you counterfeit bill checker and marker? She say we dont do that. Super lame. Been buying my 200- 300 keens and lowa boots there but that business is never going to them again.
