Nothing to do with service in store . Sorry but I guess I’m not the only one with monthly subscription issues . I’m so up set I was really looking forward to being subscribed to this company. But my stylist didn’t care if I’m subscribed or not which means she doesn’t care about her customers . Had a misunderstanding but tried to blame it on a change of system first then on a sales associate really advice upgrade your customer service or you will be losing a lot of subscribers .
They barely had any boots in my size it took me a hour and a half just to find some but they were having one hell of a great sale

Great Shoes but horrible employees extremely rude ! Asked for a size in a shoe and she said they didn't have it. She then just left and said she was going on break whithough finishing helping us !! Extremely disappointed . They still never went in back to check if there was ever my size they have just lost a customer ud83dude21
