Great place. Super nice, helpped alot with my sciatica
The unethical nature of Kaiser’s member services and billing department is like none I have experienced. A recent 4 month experience of dealing with their billing department over a $79.24 balance led to the numerous threats of cancelling my entire families’ medical coverage within 30 days. I was told on three separate occasions this $79.24 balance was a billing mistake and would be removed immediately, although it may take a few months to reflect. In February, March and April I made three separate phone calls, each lasting about an hour, regarding this mysterious charge on my bill that no one could explain. I was reassured that it was being handled and would be removed within a billing period. Then in May I started receiving medical coverage termination letters.nnI then called Kaiser back a 4th time , just to have a manager ignore the detailed notes on my account where it was clearly documented that three previous representatives that this was a billing issue and would be removed. She informed me that they were all mistaken and my medical coverage would be terminated in two weeks if I didn’t make a payment. Struggling family held financially hostage by Kaiser’s bureaucracy.
