Excellent staff. Usually not to busy. I like the idea of after hour ATM locked behind a glass door, and only access is with a swipe of your Chase card. Standing behind the glass cubicle just feels safe.

I would give it no stars if I could but it does not allow you to post without giving it something I do not bank at this bank but I went into deposit money for relative and at the time they informed me that they did not accept cash for deposits which I thought was ridiculous. As I expressed how ridiculous I thought it was all three tellers started to laugh at me when I told all three tellers I can't believe they are laughing at me they continued to laugh. At that point I made a comment and I said what a bunch of s***. That was on my way out in the manager did hear that comment. I thought it was so immature and unprofessional I couldn't believe it the manager was sitting up there and watched everything happen and when I called him to complain he told me that he heard me curse at them and he believed that they were laughing because I cursed at them. Which was not the case. But now it seems as if that would have been okay with him for them to laugh at me had I actually cursed beforehand so either way he's okay with having unprofessional immature tellers handling people thousands of dollars . What a joke of a bank . Personally I would never ever put money in Chase Bank even if they gave me the money. I remember years and years ago when Chase bought out Washington Mutual I had several thousand dollars in a savings and they tried to change the interest on me and rip me off and I took all my old statements back and show them they are thieves. But apparently the people at the Stony Point location are very immature and unprofessional and could care less if you're not a customer I guess they don't care.

Never answer phone and are hardly ever busy. I give a Zero as I am over the outrageous lack this branch has. Zero claa, zero services and always a excuse to service with management and those sitting at the desks. Shut it down. I can't believe my deposit is still not processed from the atm. Complete bull

Not good. Not smiles at all. Not welcomed.
