Fantastic resource for good quality medical supplies at a reduced price. We purchased a great hospital bed at less than 1/2 what it would have cost new. Delivered next day for a small fee. Great service.

I'm extremely grateful for this remarkable non-profit org. Being faced with a sales lockdown on Christmas Eve and having to quickly locate a rollator for my friend just checking out of the hospital, we would not have found a satisfactory device without the caring help of the highly knowledgeable volunteers at MSHH Donor Closet.nn♿ They offer highly affordable and GREAT CONDITION (USED and NEW) items; **with** a Service & Repair Warranty! We got a tilt wheel chair here and are very happy with it. A man in the back showed us the two chairs that they had and recommended the better one of the two. My niece called beforehand and talked with a lady about what we needed.

The manager of Donor Closet is phoning it in. Instead of doing the job of preparing the all-volunteer staff, he apparently waits at home for a phone call when a problem comes up. I took a power wheelchair there to ask if they could help with some cosmetic details. It was second-hand bu not purchased at Donor Closet. A pleasant woman in a power chair behind a desk listened to our request, then said she could not help us. She called her 'manager'. His laconic response was to tell her to dig out the business card of someone who repairs wheelchairs. In the bin in a second room, there were many of the of the things we need. The lady at the desk clearly was not told how to problem-solve by the manager. Her excuse was that she is a 'volunteer'. The job of the manager is to train volunteers to represent the service model to customers. He has failed at this. And should be replaced.nnI pity the volunteers who have agreed to take a role at Donor Closet. They think they are providing a wonderful service. Dare they ask how much money the 'manager' is taking from the operation of the sales of items which have been donated?

My mother needed a lift and they came up with the perfect one for her. Every person there was very accommodating and had great advice for our situation. Totally recommend MSHH!!!!!!
