Terrible Petco. Whent there for fish and tons of them were dead. One of the tank had so much algea I couldent even see into it. I was looking for 10 gal fishtank hoods and I say outloud pretty loud what I needed and the two people looked at me and whent back to there phones. Finally found the hood after 20 min of searching. All the aquarium plants were dead and it smelled too.to sum it up that place is a terrible Petco and would rather drive another 45 min to the one in marysvill
Overheard the manager Amanda yelling at an employee near the grooming station. It Was very unprofessional and made me feel really uncomfortable and bad for the girl working.
The manager was absolutely the rudest! He did nothing but stand at the register. No cleaning, no stocking, nothing. I would love his job. Oh wait, I have job ethics.
I had enough exchange and Kelly was extremely helpful and signed me up for the reward card.
Poor service , bad stock of items less bulk pet food.
