I have been a bank of the west customer or client for over 20 years. Now it’s a corporate bank. They changed the symbol along with how they treat there clients or customers. Hidden fees! Charges for a monthly statement! They hold your money hostage over a question that I needed to tell them what I do for work. Before I could with drawl my on money. I will be ending my long term relationship with this bank very soon. They are probably selling personal information.

Lifelong Bank of the West customer. It was a sad day when our downtown Vallejo branch closed years back (much more convenient for me), but we chose not to switch banks because of how well we have always been treated by Bank of the West in Vallejo. Times are definitely changing and with so many unknowns about how businesses will operate post Pandemic, it is comforting to know that the one thing that makes Bank of the West Vallejo special isn't the business model, but the class act team of staff. It is the years of doing business and the relationships and trust that you develop that bring you comfort in times of distress and uncertainty, and I will always value the relationships that deliver when you need them and do my best to reciprocate. From the Manager Pinky on down BOW Vallejo has some of the best workers, community neighbors, and friends around. I highly recommend Bank of the West Vallejo.

Definitely will not be banking with this bank again .. I came to put 700$ into my account through the atm so that I can pay a bill that was due . The Atm took my cash and gave me a receipt that said “This ATM is experiencing technical problems and is unable to return one or more deposits items. We apologize “ . Mind you I never got my cash back . So I went inside the bank to tell them what happened it was almost as if they didn’t believe me ud83eudd28 long story short I’ll be behind on paying my ticket because of this so I’m Beyond stressed ud83eudd2f also told I’ll have to wait up until 10 business days or more for them to investigate just for me to get my cash .

Terrible service and we never got the promotion advertised when we qualified. Someone got it. I don't trust banks that are not honest and we approached them on it several times
