Very good associates handling a Karen who wanted to exchange her recently purchased shoes for another more expensive pair. The associate repeatedly explained that it was not possible to do what she was asking and then Karen tried to make a scene and take her slow time getting her refund situated. All the while the associate very respectful and calm. Good place. Good shoes. Good God Karen's have no chill.
Had many shoe options that are comfortable and helped my plantar fasciitis. Friendly staff.
Much better selection than other factory shoe stores. Great customer service. We were asked several times if we needed help. You don't see that much at other factory stores
I have been wearing new balance shoes for some years now and have never visited this location until now. Just wanted to shout out Daniel for outstanding customer service. He explained all the sizes, promotions, verified what I needed and balanced other customer at the same time. I've been in retail for over 20 years now and I know how hard it is to find someone thses days that knows the true meaning behind customer service . Great job, will be shopping here going forward.
