A bunch of employees just standing around joking and laughing with each other as if they’re on break. Very unprofessional.
As I showed up 5 minutes before closing the staff was very helpful in assisting me to find the sizes & colors I needed quickly. I left a happy customer.
Great customer service.
I went in tonight to give them a second chance and the sales associate that was on the floor when i went in was awesome but doesn’t ring. I had somewhere to be and the manager was in the back for too long so i left. Im a manager myself and we aren’t allowed to keep our customers waiting. Maybe ill have to just shop online.
The sales aren't very clear and most of what's on sale is funky...nThey have a good selection of classic crocs though, tons of colors and all those charm things...
