I experienced the worst service today. I was planning to buy my five grandchildren tennis shoes, they are ages 2 1/2 to 14, and my daughter a couple of pairs of shoes for work, that’s at least 7 pairs. The assistant manger was putting items away, which happened to be in every aisle that we were shopping in. I ignored him, but I would hear him greeting the other customer and offering assistance. He walked past us at least four times, saying excuse me as he reached between my daughter and I, but never once offering assistance. As he walked around to the next aisle he spoke to the customer offering assistance. That was the last straw and we left without purchasing anything. We went to the nearby Kohls and found the children’s shoes and a much better selection of women’s shoes. I called the manager and she responded “I am sorry that happened and I will talk to him”. To say the least there was not an ounce of sincerity in her response. This has occurred the last few times that I’ve gone to the Vacaville CA store. I will not be shopping at this location and possibly any of your stores again.
I bought slippers here. It was a good experience.
I can’t believe this place, I went here three times to get shoes exchanged bright and early first temporary hours are 10am and then changed to 11am this is ridiculous. Figure your hours out.
