Pretty good place. Nice people. I’m only giving it a 3 star rating because I bought 7 fish and 6 died. As well the have a stupid thing we’re you have to wait some time before you can buy certain fish. I went yesterday and 85 percent of the fish couldn’t be purchased. Kinda disappointing. But the one fish that lived is doing very well.
Very clean and helpful store. Has everything I need. Groomers are very good there and have taken care of my giant very nervous shepherd very well. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful
They are awesome! They're always really helpful and they have great products!
The store was small--but cute.
In fact, we were actually pleasantly surprised to see the inside.
However, I'm only giving a 2 star rating because our cashier was unnecessarily rude.
I thought it was just in my head, but my daughter agreed with me.
We wanted to buy a gift for another customer's puppy while we were there (as a surprise), and she flat out refused to let me purchase the item!
She didn't even ask the puppy's owner, she just decided what was in the puppy's "best interest" on her own (which we found very odd).
Because of that, we will be sure to steer clear of this place in the future.
They've been doing better, but have a long way to go still service wise. Always seem to be out of what I'm looking for.
