Tried to get through to an actual person for over a half hour. Complete nonsense. Automated phone system says everyone is busy, whatever.. Bank of America soils the name America. Should be Bank of we don’t care enough about our customers to answer our calls.

I had 2 checks to cash from BofA. I stood in line for 20 min. with only 4 people in line. Got up to the teller only to be told they charge $8 per check to cash checks from their bank. Bunch of thieving crooks!!

Valid card wont unlock ATM door after hours. Worst ATM access of any back!!
